Monday I didn't feel well so postponed my departure from Santiago for another day. I was able to get some things taken care of like picking up a pkg from the post office (you can box up items and send them on to Santiago where they will be waiting for you when you arrive. This is helpful if you realize you don't really need things but don't want to toss them). I then mailed a pkg on home so I didn't have to carry it for the next three weeks. It was nearly 5 pounds of weight I didn't need. Then I made my train reservations. And walked around the city a bit more. 

This was part of the cathedral you couldn't go in because of renovation. But I liked the way the statues shadow was cast. 

A quiet day.
